Refund Policy

Safari permits are issued by the forest department and are subject to their own cancellation rules, in addition to our own booking terms below.

Booking Status

A booking moves through Waiting → Confirmed → Cancelled. Refund eligibility depends on the stage your booking was at when cancelled, and on the forest department's own permit refund rules for the relevant zone and date.

Cancellations

To cancel or modify a booking, contact us as early as possible using the details on our Contact page. Refund timelines vary depending on how close the cancellation is to your safari date.
