1. Policy Overview
Refund eligibility depends on the booking stage, the service involved and the cancellation rules of the relevant forest authority or third-party supplier. No refund is guaranteed merely because a traveller requests cancellation.
The cancellation and refund terms communicated for your specific itinerary take priority where they contain service-specific conditions.
2. Booking Status

3. Cancellation Requests
To cancel or modify a booking, contact Wildlife Strips as early as possible and provide your booking reference. We will explain the applicable cancellation terms for each component of your itinerary.
4. Safari Permit Refunds
Safari permits are controlled by the relevant authority. If a permit is cancelled, rejected, modified or affected by an official closure, any refund or adjustment will be handled according to the applicable authority rules.
Wildlife Strips cannot promise a refund where the issuing authority or booking platform does not permit one.
5. Accommodation & Transport
Resort stays, transport and other third-party services can have separate cancellation windows and deductions. These will be applied according to the terms of the relevant provider.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, processing time can depend on the service provider, payment method and banking/payment network. Any non-refundable service charges or deductions, where applicable, will be communicated before processing.
