Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before requesting or confirming a Wildlife Strips booking. They explain how bookings, permits, traveller information, third-party services and responsibilities are handled.

1. Overview

Wildlife Strips provides wildlife-tourism planning and booking assistance, including safari coordination, accommodation, transport and related travel arrangements. By using this website or requesting a booking, you acknowledge these terms.

Important:

Safari permits, forest access, accommodation and transport may be subject to the rules, availability and cancellation terms of the relevant authority or service provider.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking request is not a confirmed booking until Wildlife Strips communicates confirmation to you. Availability can change until the required booking or permit is successfully processed.

Information supplied by the traveller must be accurate. Wildlife Strips may contact you for clarification where details are incomplete or inconsistent.

3. Safari Permits

Safari permits are subject to availability and the applicable rules of the forest department or other authorised authority. Wildlife Strips does not guarantee a particular zone, vehicle, guide, date, sighting or animal encounter.

Where a permit is issued, the traveller must comply with the applicable entry, identification, timing and forest-conduct requirements.

4. Traveller Details

Accurate traveller information and valid identification details may be required for permit processing. Incorrect or mismatched details can result in delays, rejection or other consequences imposed by the relevant authority.

5. Payments

Payment amounts, due dates and any applicable service charges will be communicated during the booking process. A booking may remain unconfirmed until the required payment has been received and the relevant service or permit is successfully processed.

6. Third-Party Services

Accommodation, transport, safari vehicles, guides and other services may be supplied by independent third parties. Their own operating conditions, availability, cancellation rules and service limitations may apply.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

Wildlife travel involves natural, environmental and operational risks. Wildlife Strips is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including weather, forest closures, government restrictions, strikes, road conditions, wildlife behaviour, permit-system issues or other force-majeure events.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes & Contact

These terms may be updated when business processes, service arrangements or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page is the current website version.
